Terms of Use
Last updated
boothe.io is a personal website run by Eric Boothe. By using it you agree to the following terms. They are deliberately short.
Content is provided as-is
Everything on this site (writing, code, 3D models, demos, and opinions) is provided for general information and entertainment, without warranty of any kind. I try to be accurate, but nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Use it at your own risk.
Investments listed on the About page are personal holdings mentioned for context. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Using the material here
Unless a page or repository says otherwise, the text and images on this site are © Eric Boothe. You are welcome to quote and link to it with attribution. Code samples and downloadable models are released under whatever license is stated alongside them; if none is stated, treat them as available for personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking first, or scrape it at a rate that would be unreasonable for a personal site. If you find a security issue, I'd genuinely appreciate an email.
Third-party links and services
The site links to external websites and loads fonts from third parties. I don't control those services and am not responsible for their content or practices. See the Privacy Policy for what this site itself collects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
